IAP-SOFT is a leading decision support systems development company with applications in agriculture and agribusiness.

Since 1995, as a division of the IAP Company, it was in charge of distributing and supporting third party information technologies mainly for the dairy sector. The company was officially founded in 2002 as a joint venture with the software development company SERCOM. During the last five years several software have been developed and successfully commercialized in Costa Rica and abroad. Among them: InforDairy (farm resource management), Virtual-AGRI (modelling components) and AgriDescriptor (Business Inteligence). IAP-SOFT was appointed as agent for delivering software from the companies Format International (UK) and DairyStrategies (USA).
