Background of the Company

IAP-SOFT is a leading agribusiness decision support systems development company. Since 1995, IAP-SOFT has developed a series of technologies such as: The InforDairy System and its applications: SimpleDairy (Herd Management), NutriStat (Feeding Strategist), DairyProfit (Costing and Business Intelligence), SICC (Benchmarking) and DairyCube (OLAP). On the other hand, IAP-SOFT also developed the Virtual-AGRI simulation programming components for Delphi. More recently in a joint venture with the Cámara Nacional de Productores de Leche de Costa Rica (Costa Rican Dairy Farmers Chamber) and the Asociación de Mejoramiento de Hatos Lecheros (National Herd Improvement Association) with the financial support of the Ministry of Science and Technology of Costa Rica, the company has contributed on the design and development of the Integrated Information and Knowledge Systems for the Dairy Sector of Costa Rica (SIILAC). Finally the company distributes software from companies like DairyStrategies (USA) and Format Internacional (UK).
