What DairyProfit is?

DairyProfit is a softare created by IAP-SOFT as a tool for costs monitoring and for technical and econcomical assessment under a simple and standard approach. .

Technical Aspects

The system has a series of powerfull and user-friendly characteristics, among them:

1. User-defined and Standard Costs catalogues:

Disigned to anable performance evaluation using both user-defined and standard catalogue of costs structures to enhance internal and comparative assessment.

2. Inteligent Data Capture Screems:

Reducing the time involved in data typing by recognizing income and input items, auto-completing functionality and automatic item classification into the costs catalogue.

3. Productss and Vendors Definition:

Allow to tracing not only how much money is expended but how much is expended in each input or resource items allowing in-depth analyses of the operation performance.

4. DairyProfit´s Reports:

Two type of reports can be obtained form the systems: Income-Costs Analysis and Technical and Economical Performance Figures.

5. The Integration:

DairyProfit is a module of the InForDairy System allowing to data inter-exhanging among the applications.

Users and versions

According to the version, NutriStat is suitable for farmers and nutritionists. The available versions are:
Farmer: upto 3 herds and basic report and analyses.
Consultant: upto 50 herds, inter-herd foods profile database, and specialized reports and analyses.

Technological platform and data bases

It was developed in Delphi language over a Paradox database.
